Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Fluido!!!
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within the time frame outlined below.


1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)


2. How to Return an Item (UK Customers)

We make returns simple with Royal Mail.
To return your order:

  1. Contact us at fluido.clothing@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a Royal Mail returns label via email.

  3. Pack your item securely and attach the label to the parcel.

  4. Drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or Parcel Postbox.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return is processed.

  • Returns can be free or subject to a small deduction (e.g., £3.50) to cover postage.

  • If returns are free, state: “Returns are free of charge using our Royal Mail tracked service.”


3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour:

  • Contact us at fluido.clothing@outlook.com with your order number and exchange request.

  • We’ll hold the new item (if in stock) while your return is on its way.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send the replacement at no extra shipping cost.

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
