1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods 

We currently ship all orders within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and DPD.








3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected.
We may offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount — check our website or promotional materials for current offers.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track your parcel via Royal Mail or DPD.


5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link in your dispatch email.

  2. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

  3. If you still need assistance, please reach out to us at fluido.clothing@outlook.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control (e.g., severe weather or postal strikes).


6. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with Royal Mail or DPD to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
